Empty days (typical Sunday) do not need a stop. Use Next day or Off. Add stop only when there are miles. Tap Add stop when you arrive at a store: dispatch can see your most recent stop and the time it was logged. Nothing is recorded between stops.
Closings came in with no stop logged
Salesforce shows these visits, but your log has no stop for them. Add them so your mileage stays complete. Not a problem if one does not belong.
Add a missed stop into a trip
If you did not write it down, leave it blank. The app estimates it from the distance matrix and marks it estimated.
I missed a stop
Forgot to write down a reading? Enter where you are now and the odometer. If you give the trip meter (reset at the missed stop) the reading is exact. Without it, the app splits the trip using the distance matrix and marks it estimated.
If you cannot use this page, turn in the mileage spreadsheet as usual.
